Gorgeous Mercedes-Benz 220S Coupe. All tinplate, with much detail, as you can see. Painted and litho-tinplate construction. Exactly made after the original model from the 50s. The Dutch distributor had been hoarding a sizable chunk of these extreme rarities, long out of production at the factory. So we scored, meaning that you have this last chance at some serious Schuco collectibles.
This model has an interesting propulsion system: instead of a wind-up, this has a friction motor which you activate by holding the car down, pulling the half meter-long pull-cord at the rear, and let her rip. You may set the steering by moving the black lever on the front bumper. Gorgeous and interesting, large toy car. Comes in a beautiful, colorful box with outer sleeve.
